The AX88 is an unusual and extremely useful 2 way passive loudspeaker with a 60° by 55° dispersion that provides a cost effective high quality solution for many diverse and demanding audio applications. It delivers excellent clarity and intelligibility over a surprising distance with uniformity of coverage and is equally suited to use in Stadia, Sports Arenas, Theatres, Places of Worship, Clubs and Bars. Existing clients include Ipswich Football Club in the UK, the Palace of Sport in Minsk, major Theatre Tours in the UK including Beauty and the Beast, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Kiss Me Kate. The renowned installation at the Cielo Lounge Bar in New York has drawn particular attention and praise. Its versatility knows no bounds! For speech only applications it can be used on its own and for music applications we recommend its use with Funktion One Bass and/or low mid loudspeakers including the F215, F118, F218, F121 and LM212 enclosures.
